Couriers often just leave the package at your door if you’re not home. In my neighborhood that’s fine, but I know it’s not like that everywhere. iHerb USA Taxes and Duties (Spoiler: No Import Fees!)
Good news! When ordering from iHerb with delivery inside the United States, there are no customs duties or import taxes.

- The warehouses shipping orders within the US are located in the US (California, Illinois, Pennsylvania).
- So it’s considered domestic shipping, not international import.
The only tax you might see is Sales Tax. This depends on the state and city you’re shipping to. If applicable according to your local laws, it’s automatically calculated and added during checkout. This is the standard sales tax applied to many purchases in the US, not a customs fee.
